Cancelation Policy
Booking Policy – Real Estate Photography Scheduling All photo sessions must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are confirmed once the booking request is approved and any required deposit is received. Same-day or next-day bookings are subject to availability. Payment Payment is due at the time of service (before you download images) unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit, or approved electronic payment platforms. Invoices not paid within agreed terms may delay delivery of final images. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and travel. Weather-related cancellations for drone services may be rescheduled at no charge for safety and compliance reasons. Arrival & Property Readiness The property must be fully prepared at the scheduled time (clean, staged, lights on, clutter removed). Delays caused by unprepared properties may reduce shooting time or require rescheduling. Drone Services Compliance (Louisiana / FAA) All aerial photography is performed in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Drone flights may be restricted in certain airspace, weather conditions, or near airports. If airspace authorization is denied or unsafe conditions exist, aerial services may be rescheduled or substituted when possible. Image Delivery & Usage Final edited images are typically delivered within 24–48 hours unless otherwise specified. Images are licensed for marketing the specific property only and may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written permission. ⚠️ Liability The client is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and securing pets. The photographer is not responsible for property conditions, weather delays, or access limitations beyond reasonable control.
